Welcome to Golden Brew Honey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goldenbrewhoney.com and the purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed by Square at checkout. We do not store your card information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund, for any reason, including inventory availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping

  • Orders ship from Mulino, Oregon via USPS Priority Mail. Free shipping on every order.
  • Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track down a lost package.
  • Broken in transit? Email info@goldenbrewhoney.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a free replacement.
  • Nucs — Mulino, Oregon pickup, or free delivery anywhere in Oregon or Washington on orders of 10 or more nucs. We do not ship live bees by carrier. See the nuc product page for details.

All sales final

We do not offer refunds on honey, beeswax, or live bees. If a honey or wax order arrives damaged in transit, see the policy above — we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Food safety & allergies

  • Our honey is raw and unfiltered. It is not suitable for infants under 12 months (risk of infant botulism).
  • Our products are processed in a facility that handles beeswax, pollen, and propolis. If you have severe bee-product allergies, please do not consume our products.

Product claims

We make no health or medical claims about our honey or beeswax. Raw honey is a food product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Intellectual property

The Golden Brew name, logo, photos, videos, and content on this site are the property of Golden Brew LLC. You may share links to our pages and use our social-media handles freely. You may not reproduce our photos, videos, or copy for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golden Brew LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clackamas County, Oregon, or in arbitration at our option.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
